Orders will be shipped in 7-10 business days (not including holidays or high- volume seasons).  Many items are made to order so are not kept in stock. Our team orders the item immediately after we receive your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items in different sizes, colors, and designs. If ordering a name, longer names will be scaled to fit based on the max width available on the product.
