Orders will be shipped in 7-10 business days (not including holidays or high- volume seasons). Items are made to order so are not kept in stock. Our team orders the item immediately after we receive your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items in different sizes, colors, and designs. You’ll receive an email as soon as we ship your items. We work hard to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

Since the majority of our products, including all graphic tees, are custom made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not stock pre-printed items; every piece is made-to-order, ensuring a unique product just for you. Once a design, whether monogrammed or not, is applied to a garment, it cannot be undone or reused. We start with blank garments and personalize them in-house based on your order.
Because of this custom process, we are unable to accept returns. We offer a wide variety of options to help you create the perfect item, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your choice. To ensure the best fit, please carefully review the size charts provided, and double-check all details—especially sizing and monogram info—before completing your purchase.
If the product you received is defective or if there’s a mistake please contact us within 3 business days to arrange for your order to be redone and shipped to you. Your new item will ship within 7-10 business days.
Cancelled or modified orders – If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do everything we can to assist you!

Yes, you're items will ship together. However, if one or more items are back-ordered, those items will ship at a later time when they're available.
No! Many items are available without monograms. Simply leave the "Personalize" box unchecked. For items that do require monogram or personalization you will required to check the "Personalize" box and select you options.
Our tees are printed using direct to garment or direct to film technology so designs won't crack or peel. Wash your tee before wearing it. Machine wash in cold on gentle cycle with tee turned inside out. Tumble dry on low or for best longevity hang to air dry. Iron on low setting and do not apply iron directly to design.
Yes! If you see a design on a short sleeve shirt but would prefer it on a sweatshirt or long-sleeve tee or if you would prefer the design on a different brand please contact us at contactus@southernglammonogram.com and we'll be happy to assist!
